Shipping and Handling

We strive to ship in a timely manner. All orders that are placed by 1pm MST will be shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after 1pm MST will be shipped out the next business day. Back orders are shipped per customer instructions. Domestic orders over $75 USD before tax will receive free shipping! Once items leave our warehouse, they are considered to be used and non-resalable. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on any product we sell.

Domestic Orders

Domestic orders are shipped out via the mode submitted which include UPS, FedEx and U.S.P.S.

International Orders

International orders are shipped U.S.P.S., UPS Canada, Worldwide expedited or FedEx Intl Economy.

Damages/Shortages

Concealed damage or shortages must be reported to Portal of Passion customer care at customerservice@portalofpassion.com within 24 hours from the receipt of goods. A claims form is included with each packing slip.  If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, a package has been opened or re-taped, you MUST file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately if you have had the driver note a problem. Contact your Sales Representative with the reference number assigned by the carrier and we will process the claim for you.

Handling

All Packages processed are subject to a $2.50 USD handling fee. Only one fee will be charged per order, regardless of order size.
